How We Approach Your Project
For a project to be deemed an accomplishment, it requires three core components, initiating, planning and closing the project. Advanced Industrial Solutions begins by sitting down with our client and identifying the scope of the project. This will include why the project is happening, what our client is trying to achieve and what they are expecting from the project. From this, our full in-house team is then able to plan ahead accordingly to ascertain the labour, materials, administration, financial boundaries and the duration of the project.
On Time and On Budget
Our Financial Department work alongside our Purchasing Team to make sure that the project runs at or below budget, our Human Resources team is on hand to recruit thestaffing required and our fabrication and despatch teams work in sync by providing materials and goods to complete a project.
